This is an online Info Hub for the long-term vision and Secondary Plan process for Precinct 'S' of South Transcona in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
PROJECT INTENT
The South Transcona Secondary Plan is intended to introduce a comprehensive plan for urbanized development with a full range of municipal services within Precinct S, and to establish appropriate policies to guide such development in accordance with the City of Winnipeg's Complete Communities Development Strategy 2.0.
PROJECT HISTORY
Beginning in May of 2024, the South Transcona Secondary Plan - Resident Advisory Group (STSP-RAG) was initiated by Transcona City Councillor Russ Wyatt. Preliminary conversations have been held between developers, the councillor, and the STSP-RAG.
