Zoning By-law 2025-05
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:30 pm, Emerson-Franklin Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments and feedback from the public on the Municipality’s new Zoning By-law. Zoning is a tool used by municipalities to regulate the use and development of land and buildings. It provides rules and standards on where and how land can be developed.
