Emerson-Franklin: Steaming Ahead is a Community Plan that is intended to manage future growth and change in the community over the next 10-20 years. It is a comprehensive guide for land use and zoning, housing and recreation, transportation and infrastructure, as well as rural and agricultural preservation.
Where are we at in the process?
On Monday, January 20, 2025, at 9:00am, Emerson-Franklin Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments and feedback from the public on the Municipality’s new Development Plan By-law, Emerson-Franklin Steaming Ahead.
