The Mid
Canada Advantage

The Mid Canada Gateway Development Zone is positioned along the International Mid-Continent Trade Corridor, a border crossing that processes nearly $20 billion dollars of commercial cargo each year.

The Mid Canada advantage is its strategic availability of land, infrastructure, access to major transportation systems (road
and rail), community services, and proximity to the US market.

The Zone
Regional Setting-01.jpg

The Zone

The Zone is the busiest in-land commercial crossing in Western Canada and serves as a critical entry point into the United States facilitating north-south trade between Canada, US and Mexico.

It is well-positioned at the center of these markets, having excellent access to I-29, PTH 75 and three class 1 railways such as Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway, Canadian Pacific Railway, Canadian National Railway and various handling carrier lines.
