Our team is made up of results-driven professional entrepreneurs who are experts in their respective fields. We commit to every project with the same intention - no matter the scope, it is conducted with urgency and the utmost attention to detail. Each member of our core team runs their own respective urban planning firms - each with a different style and perspective. We are truly blessed to have them a part of our team for this reason! We support their vision and their path forward.

Michelle has never met a challenge she doesn’t like. With close to 30 years in the planning and economic development arena, there’s not much she hasn’t seen. She’s worked in rural and urban centres and has facilitated many projects involving First Nations. Michelle is a true northerner hailing from Flin Flon, Manitoba and embraces the values of community and hard work that came along with growing up in North. It is here that she learned first-hand the need for sustainable economic development to drive our Province. She has carried the principle that sustainable economic development is the foundation to building great communities with her throughout her career.

Michelle’s greatest professional accomplishment to date is leading the development of OurWinnipeg, a 25-year vision for the entire city. The inaugural OurWinnipeg plan positions Winnipeg for sustainable growth, which is key to the city’s future competitiveness. An award winning plan, it was the largest planning and community engagement project in the history of Winnipeg. She is a nationally recognized planner having presented at 60+ conferences and seminars over the course of the last 20 years, including Canadian Institute of Planners National Conference, Canadian Green Building Council National Conference, Federation of Canadian Municipalities National Conference, Canadian Transportation Association – National Conference along with many local conferences and events.
