Office Manager
Laureen brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Administration. She is a skilled Print Technician with experience operating printing equipment, delivering technical solutions and working independently to design, execute, and deliver creative outcomes.
In Laureen's role as Office Manager, she oversees and supports all administrative duties in the office and ensures that the office tasks are operating smoothly and efficiently. She assists with scheduling, report editing, responding to and directing incoming inquiries, and monitoring our website, to name a few responsibilities.
Laureen is a cheerful and approachable member of the M. Richard & Associates team who ensures that all visitors have a pleasant and friendly guest experience.
