Overview:

The context-sensitive infill development at the corner of Grosvenor Avenue and Wentworth Street adds to the diverse, lively and dense corridor in the heart of the Corydon-Osborne Village mixed use area.

Challenges:

Located on the outside edge of the Heritage Conservation District, the site presents a chance to build within the character, tradition and spirit of the mature neighbourhood. The proposed Grosvenor Apartments will feature a a similar red masonry finish with a one storey pergola around the perimeter of the main floor to help mitigate the visual massing impact of the four storey building for pedestrians.
