Overview:

The future residence at 514 Wellington Crescent is an elegant, refined building that blends seamlessly into the existing aesthetic of the surrounding neighbourhood. Its high-quality build features limestone and brick, a two-storey grand entrance and a low-rise level of density at 8 units.

Challenges:

The City of Winnipeg Zoning By-law allows as many as 24 units for a lot of this size. Finding a balance between appropriate density, while preserving the historical elements of the area such as tree protection, building height, and context-sensitive design characteristics.
