Tri Roads Forward

Overview:

Tri-Roads Forward is a progressive plan designed around the concept of enhancing the quality of life for people through economic development. Michelle Richard and team created an implementation toolbox to address a wide range of strategies addressing land use, transportation, natural resource preservation, regional governance, resiliency and community economic development.

Challenges:

The Plan sets out how preferred residential lands will be brought to the market across the District, including seasonal cottage and tourism areas, in addition to building on major economic development opportunities through mineral resource deposit areas, agriculture and future growth areas, and appropriate technical livestock operation policies.
