Overview:

Economic development strategy to rebuild Downtown Transcona, a neighbourhood based Main Street District with a focus on walkability, infill housing and in demand boutique retail/office development.

Challenges:

A critical requirement to the success of this project was creating the vision of an experiential Main Street District and developing the tools to achieve it. A key reality that needed to be addressed was building an understanding of their assets and possibilities with current businesses and residents.
