Overview:

The second phase of The Arc, a purpose-built student housing residence, brings an additional 397 units to Pembina Highway across from the University of Manitoba. This 18-storey residence buildings will further anchor nearby businesses, community services and amenities in the area.

Challenges:

Building on the success of our neighbours at 2525, phase two at the corner of Pembina and Bison features a similar design and focus around bikeability and student living. Once completed, it will offer a similar indoor bike pavilion to house 310 secure bike stalls, and an additional 128 outdoor stalls for a bike parking ratio of 1.10 per dwelling unit.
