Development of a low-rise mixed-use multi-family residential building with a focus on aging-in-place. The lands are located along the main corridors of the Perimeter Highway and Henderson Highway within the Rural Municipality of East St. Paul.

Challenges:

East St. Paul’s proximity to the City of Winnipeg has made this a desirable area for residential development. However, there is a strong need to provide a variety of housing options that can support residents as housing needs change.
